7 Years Limited Warranty
Fabrik Etc hereby certify that all i-One Motors of whatever design are free from any manufacturing defects and any other defects in materials and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the date of delivery.
• 1st year : On site and parts free of charge
• 2nd to 5th year : parts free of charge
• 6th to 7 year : parts at 50% discount
• From 2nd to 7th year : All transportations, delivery, handling, scaffolding and labor expenses are chargeable to customers
Covered
• I-One Motors are covered for defects in materials, workmanship or failure to operate for 7 years from date of delivery.
• All internal mechanisms.
• Components and brackets.
• Motorised components.
• Repair and/or replacement will be made with like or similar parts of products.
Not Covered
• Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
• Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product.
• Exposure to elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture) and discolouration over time.
• Failure to perform proper cleaning or maintenance.
• Shipping charges, cost of removal and reinstallation and transportation.
NOTE:
• In the event the products and/or parts are found to be defective, we reserve the right to repair it.
• In no event shall Fabrik Etc or its licensed fabricators / distributors be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other indirect damage, lost, cost or expense.
Warranty Service Procedures
1) The following must be presented to our service personnel for verification each time when warranty service or claim is required.
When you request for service, kindly supply the following information:
• Full Name and address
• Invoice and applicable Warranty Certificate Number
• Telephone number and Description of symptom
• Faulty product serial number
2) This warranty shall only be applicable for i-One Motor which are sold in the Singapore. Warranty will be void if goods are brought out of Singapore.
3) This warranty shall immediately cease and become void if:
• Unauthorized repair, tampering, alteration or modification is made to the product
• Product’s serial number has been altered, removed or made illegal
• Product is upgraded from its stated purpose as described in instruction manual, without prior written consent of Fabrik Etc and i-One Motor Singapore
• Operation outside the product’s environment specification including life cycle
4) This warranty does not cover the following:
• Fabrics
• Damages resulting from the accidents, misuse, negligence, and improper installation or any manner of tampering, losses, damages, drop of product
• Normal wear and tear including corrosion and stains.
• Usage of wrong electrical supply / voltage / wiring
• Any manner contrary to the instruction contained in operational instruction of the product
• Product without our Brand Label
• Improper setting of remote control by user
• Direct and / or Indirect, consequential loss or damage to user’s property howsoever caused by product (good condition or faulty motor)
• Damage caused by act of nature (extreme weather, lightning, flood, fire, etc..)
5) Fabrik Etc and i-One Motors Singapore reserve the right to replace the product or its defective part with either new or refurbished spare part or product.
6) Fabrik Etc and i One Motors Singapore will charge a test fee if the motor which a claim is made on was found on examination to comply with specification and /or not due to manufacturing defect.
7) Any replaced old parts are not returnable.
8) Should any defects occur within the above said period, Fabrik Etc and i One Motor Singapore shall subject to the terms herein, at its option either repair or replace any such defective parts free of costs without any other indemnity relating to the consequential damages.

9) Operating hours / Charges :
Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm
Transport per trip = $80.00
Labour charges per item = $50 – $200 (depending on complexity and tediousness of work)
Scaffolding charges (platform height up to 4 metres) = $350 per day
Overtime rate:
For weekdays = 2 times normal rates
For Sunday and Public holiday and late night work = 3 times normal rates
10) Warranty and Terms and Conditions of Sales:
