Goods sold with manufacturing defects can be exchanged with the receipt within 7 days. On our end, we would do a round of checks before sending out to our customers.

Your product may have manufacturing warranty duration that varies from product to product.

Deliveries

We currently only sell our products within Singapore. We currently do not sell and deliver to countries overseas. Extra charges may apply if you are requesting for delivery to certain areas, eg, tuas, Sentosa.

We would take around 14 working days to delivery your product, but unforeseen circumstances might delay the delivery, which we would inform you as soon as possible when such issue arise.

Payment

We will only process your order when we have received and verified your payment in full amount.

Collection of your data:

We may use digital technologies such as cookie, to store on your browser to track user behaviours to help us understand our users better. If you do not agree, you can exit and stop using our website at any moment.

We may choose to take photos or videos of the jobsite such as before or after the installation of our products to be showcase for our marketing purposes, if you do not agree, you can always contact us and request for it to be taken down.

Customised products

As our online store has customised measurements made by you, our products cannot be refunded as it is custom fit to your measurements. Cancellation

As our products are custom made for your own measurements, a cancellation and a full refund is only possible if the product has not been made yet. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order.

Measurements

You should measure the dimensions of your window correctly and order the size needed for your windows, we would not be liable for any errors, if you have measured your dimensions incorrectly, refund would not be possible as it is customised to the size of your window. Changes to our website

We reserved the rights to make any changes at anytime in the event unexpected incidents occur, eg, shortage of stock for a particular curtain hence we are unable to sell the product to you or an unexpected increase in price due to increase in price from the supplier, but we would always inform you as soon as possible to notify you of such sudden changes.

Indemnification

You shall not hold Fabrik Etc, it’s affiliates, suppliers, staffs, partners from and against any damages, losses, expenses. It is your responsibility to check that your measurements and payment amount is correct.

Sizing

Our fabric is cut by our in house factory staff who will be as accurate as possible with our automated cutting machines, occurrence of error is rare, as such our tolerance limit for the sizing would be within 3 cm and will not be able to replace your order if it does not fall into this limit.

Colours

Our fabrics are dyed and imported from our suppliers, which are checked before delivering to you. There may be slightly different shades and tones of colour from batch to batch. And we cannot guarantee that there would be 100% exact match from 1 batch to another.

Prices

The prices of our products are in Singapore dollars, SGD. Do follow the instructions on payment from the site and keep the invoice order to verify and errors or check with the delivery of your products in the future.

Damaged goods

All of our products are checked before delivery, in the rare event that the product has any defaults, you can do a 1 to 1 exchange with your warranty given upon purchase of the product, the warranty length of your product differs from product to product.

Choice of Jurisdiction

The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement(including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement (a “Dispute”). The Parties to this Agreement agree that the courts of Singapore are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle Disputes and accordingly no Party will argue to the contrary.
